Research Of The Digital Printing Performance Of Anti-bleeding On Cashmere Fabric

With the evelopment of world economy, the demand of garment and textile will tend to personality and diversifieation, adapting to challenges the traditional textile production system must changed. High-quality and short process are the technology characteristic of the textile digital printing, and small batch and variety of produetion accord with the rhythm which will meet the demand of rapid production rhythm and quick response system in future.But there are some problems in the process of the digital printing which is an emerging industry. In this paper, on the basis of practicale the anti-bleeding problem appeared,put the natural polymers, modified starch,traditional paste and sodium alginate as the thickener; with Chemical and physical adsorbent as aids mixed in the paste;the best formula were gotten.Three aspeets of research has been condueted.The pre-teatment, steaming-teatment and rinsing-teatment of cashmere fabries for digital ink jet priniing was researched.Research in the fabric pre-treatment investigation of the paste, the experimental of the properties about bleeding of dye were analyed in three aspeets of research and the rate of bleeding, K/S value and color fixation were measured and detected. In this test different printing thickeners(A-9,DX-6,RD-HT01,modified starch with sodium alginate and A-9 with modified starch with sodium alginate) and chemical agents and physical were tested,the test were used to the basis of the following test.According to the orthogonal test,The best of process formula:A-9 with modified starch with sodium alginate,the concentration are 3% with 2%; 0.5g Calcium carbonate;5% glycerol;5% urea;10 % glauber,s salt;0.4% weak oxidants;0.1% acid releasers, The aging process:time which is 30 min(Temperature 100℃and humidity 103%);washing technology:cold washed twice with anti-staining agent;add soap making;add soaping technology for the fabric with the high requirements definition of the line. The rate of bleeding with the best of process formula which were used in the factary widely decreasing to 3.44% whic is a half of the initiation.
