In recent years, China’s digital inkjet printing technology has developed rapidly, the cotton fabric, polyester and other synthetic fabrics are widely used, but the application of fabrics. A short process of high-quality printing, many varieties of small batch production and immediate delivery is characterized of Cashmere technical requirements of digital printing. Still some problems in the actual production of cashmere, it thesis focuses on not enough digital printing appearing in brightness,the new thickener of modified starch and mix traditional seaweed acid sodium salt used in natural polymer in the preparation of the material. First attempt to test under alkaline conditions to improve color yield of cashmere experimental digital printing, and gives the best PH point to ensure that there is a good color yield and solid color effects while the strength of cashmere fabric will not be very major damage. Also, the youngest in the production of printed in very different requirements for different agents’formula.In the choice of slurry the fabric pre-treatment investigation of the paste, In this test different printing thickenersSW-MN-08, A-9, modified starch with sodium alginate and SW-MN-08with modified starch with sodium alginate, added to the chemical and physical agents to preprocess wool fabric and make relevant test, it was a series of test data, For further research cashmere digital print the colored performance provided a good foundation.According to the orthogonal test, The best of process formula:SW-MN-08 with modified starch with sodium alginate, the concentration are 1.5% with 3%; 0.6g Alumina 4% glycerol;4% urea;10 % glauber,s salt;0.6% weak oxidants, 0.5% Anti-staining agent ,The rate of bleeding with the best of process formula which were used in the factory widely decreasing to 13.28%.
