The gas separating technology of PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) has been applied maturely day by day; it has been extremely principal technology of oxygen separation from air. A kind of miniature PSA oxygen-making technology is studied with independently designed test installation under the laboratory condition.A miniature PSA oxygen-making test installation has been designed and made under the laboratory condition. The gas output and route system, the structure of oxygen generator and control system have been introduced in detail.Experimental results of miniature PSA oxygen-making technology flows show:(1) Product purity increases firstly and then decreases with increase of operation pressure, there is a optimal operation pressure.(2) With increase of output gas flow rate, the time in which product purity has a maximum decreases gradually.(3) The optimal parameter determined is: 15 s for re-pressure, 55 s for adsorption, 8 s for purge, 8 s for pressure equalization, the time for blowdown≥35 s.(4) The pressure equalization at both sides is the optimal method, and the pressure equalization at the exit ends yielded better result than at the entrance ends. The optimal time of pressure equalization is 10 s with the both sides method.(5) The oxygen manufacture effect has not obtained the obvious promotion with the guarantees presses craft.(6) With increase of product gas flow rate, the highest oxygen purity and average oxygen purity decrease gradually.(7) Using the miniature PSA oxygen-making test installation, We can obtain oxygen boosting products of the highest oxygen concentration which is 76.5%, average oxygen concentration which is 68.2%.
