The hang type centrifuge as a latter disposal equipment using the craftwork flow is extensively applied to chemical industry,medicine,light industry,foodstuff and so on,especially in sugar industry.The structure and figure parameters of the drum which are the main parts of the hang type centrifuge not only affects the capacity and craftwork impact,but also decides the using life-span of centrifuge in a certain extent. The analysis on stress strength,distortion and vibratility is important of engineering applications.The paper task comes from the item of《The change on hardcore technical of the GD-1300 hang type centrifuge》.The paper content includes the three aspects thereinafter:(1) Verified the strength and distortion of the drum,and discussed the effects of drum structure parameters on strength and distortion,and optimized the structure.(2) Verified the strength and distortion of the spindle of the centrifuge,analyzed the stress and distortion of the spindle under limit circs and eccentricity force.(3) Analyzed the drum system of centrifuge by dynamic method,found out the effects of the drum parameters on the dynamic characteristic,and optimized the dynamic performance of the drum system.The results of the analysis are following:(1) Obtained scientific and credible drum structure.When the whole mass of the drum was reduced,the separation efficiency was enhanced,and the drum structure was simplified,and the exterior stress was more symmetrical.(2) Strength and distortion of the spindle check found that the spindle in the maximum torque and eccentric force can meet the requirements and has high reliability.(3) The effect relations of the intrinsic frequency and the structure parameters on the dynamic performance of the drum system were obtained.And the existed problems were amended on the basis of effect relations.The upgrade project of the centrifuge was brought forward,and the optimized drum model was designed.The optimized structure has better dynamic characteristic and separation performance.The optimized structure was used for engineering manufacture,and the production was affirmed.The obtained conclusions and data about the hang type centrifuge in this paper offered theoretical evidence for exploiting new centrifuge with homemade,higher speed and more characteristic,and which provided reference value for optimizing the similar machine.
