With international oil prices continue to rise, the recycling and reuse of cutting oil isof great significance. The self uninstall-style iron chips de-oiling centrifugal machine ismainly used in detaching cutting oil from scrap iron,and the drum is controlled by thecentrifugal electromotor that is directly fixed to the chassis, so it is one of the importantcomponents of the machine. When driven high-speed rotating iron chips, the drum willproduce great stress. In this paper, around the dump characteristics of the selfuninstall-style iron chips de-oiling centrifugal machine were studied.According JB/T8051-1996standard in this paper, calculate the drum strength of theupper and lower openings of the self uninstall-style iron chips de-oiling centrifugalmachine;Using the ANSYS finite element analysis software,conduct a simulation of stressand strain of the self uninstall-style iron chips de-oiling centrifugal machine;Simulationanalysis of the relationship between the wall thickness of the drum and the maximumstress and strain;Through the method of aggravated,correct the unbalance of the drum ofthe self uninstall-style iron chips de-oiling centrifugal machine;Deduce and compute thecritical speed of the drum,and get the conclusion that the drum body have the larger“swing” inertia; Using two layers of rubber anti-vibration device carried on the drumbody vibration,Effectively take from the vibration engendered by the rocking impact ofthe drum body;By the test of the maximum amplitude of the centrifuge housing,get thevibration reasons of the self uninstall-style iron chips de-oiling centrifugal machine indifferent working process;Using Ansys Workbench software,conduct the modal analysisof the drum,and verify the correctness of the calculation method of the critical speed;Analyze the influence of the drum wall thickness, drum diameter, the diameter of therotating arm on the natural frequency of the drum,so a linear relationship was obtainedbetween them;Conducting the modal analysis of the diameter of the arm and the wallthickness of the up and down ramps;Comparison the natural frequency and vibration formof the drum that is optimized front and rear,get the drum which is optimized;The drumwhich is optimized greatly improve the life,and ensure its safe operation at operatingspeed.
