In the NC machining processing, the parts with complex shape section are usually seen, using manual programming spends a lot of time, not only easy to error, but also effect the quality of the parts. NC machining auto-programming is today's main-stream, it has been the key to improve quality of the parts and reduce the production cost in modern manufacturing technology. According to the practical processing problems of the enterprise in this project, studied and explored the NC machining auto-programming of special-section mould of construction forming machines.According to the development direction of auto-programming, combined with the technology condition of the enterprise, put forward the development and demonstration and overall plan design, and then determined the research methods and tools. Through analyzing the characteristics of special-section mould of and NC machining processes, selected the proper processing equipment, NC system and treatment methods of the sectional profile curves.According to the curve condition, the auto-programming treatment of the standard and non-standard products is separated. On the one hand, using C++ language and C++Builder application development tools, developing the auto-programming processing software for standard mould, mainly including the functions such as the curve characteristic parameters inputting, program files editing, program codes compiling and the simulation processing of NC, curve interpolation using the difference interpolation theory; On the other hand, as the auxiliary tool with UG software, processing the non-standard mould. Through the typical example in this paper, discussing the whole process of the NC machining of auto-programming the standard and non-standard mould. In this paper, for example by the straight line, circle and parabolic, introducing the conversion process from ISO code to difference interpolation code.According to the generated NC program by Auto-programming, discussing the process of experiment in this paper, compared and analyzed the processing results, and put this auto-programming technology applied to production.Finally, concluded the research work of this project, and points out the questions which needed to be studied and resolved in the further research.
