At present, more and more use of welding machine power supply in the industrialproduction of various occasions, become an integral part of many productionprocesses, welding power source detector becomes a necessary means to understandthe characteristics of welding power source, welding power source and test functioncomplex, up to now, China has not architecture is a relatively complete system, but tothrough the realization of import.Study on the rapid development of various types of welding machine powersupply characteristics and rapid detection requirements, based on the analysis of thestructure of welding power source is the basis for further research on the weldingmachine power supply test, using a layered approach to develop a set of weldingmachine power supply test system, and expatiates the design and Realization of thesoftware for the upper drive. Compared with traditional software development, thispaper puts forward the study way of the software module and MFC frameworktechnology combined, the human-computer interaction interface, and according to thedifferent types of welding machine power supply performance of electric parameter,harmonic analysis and other important modules in detail.The test system of new welding power source in this thesis using the virtualinstrument design, test system integration including the virtual instrument technology,computer control technology, microelectronic technology, sensor and detectiontechnology and information technology. According to the demand of programmodules complete function, and then analyze the test data of welding power source.The testing system not only has the test welding power source characteristics,dynamic and static electric parameters, such as the old welder power supply testfunctions, but also has the electrical parameters of waveform display, resistance loadautomatic control, automatic test function and test task information management andother functions, but also to the input end of the voltage and current measurement andanalysis of harmonic and other functions.In this paper, the software debugging and welding test, the feasibility of thescheme, and harmonic performance of welding power source made a thoroughresearch, deepen the understanding of the welding power supply performance ofunderstanding, the value and significance of the welding machine power supplytheoretical analysis and market popularization greatly.
