TiO2 is a multifunctional material. The product scale of TiO2 can scale a country's economic and development level.Considering its chemical inertness, surface electronic structure and the special photoelectric effect between different crystals, nano-TiO2 has been widely applied in some living and product area, like rubber, pepper-making,medicine,dope and paint etc.In the field of light catalysis, adulteration with high value metals or rare metals in TiO2 can prove the ability of light catalysis. In this paper I prepared porous nano-Ag/TiO2 material by orthogonal experimental design and deposition-hydrolyze method which has a big advantage of quick and simple. The best temperature of wiping off the CTAB was analyzed by TG-DTG method;the kinds of crystal and their diameter were tested by XRD;the aperture distributions and the specific surfaces of the catalysts was tested by BET.In the experiments of catalyzing KN-R under UV-light,the catalysts I used contained different contents of CTAB and Ag,and was calcined in different temperature. The results showed that the best preparing pH is 1.17,the contents of CTAB and Ag are 6%and 3%respectively,the best calcined temperature is 350℃, the best quality of catalyst is 50 mg in 50 mL 20 mg/L KN-R solution. And the degradation using the best catalyst is higer than the pure TiO2 in which anatase occupied almost 93.7%.Using the Powder contact angle machine testing the wettability of TiO2 to find out the best stacking density by changing the knocking times;the effection of the filter and the filter membrane when the wetting liquid is orgnic solvent;and the perfect wetting liquid. Then I can get the relative contact angles of the other wetting liquids by contrast the results with the perfect one.
