Abstract/Summary:
With the transportation of crude oil and finished oil products increases,transmission pipeline is become a major means of such oil,The use of chemical additives- DRA transmission pipeline system is to reduce the frictional resistance and to increase throughput of energy and equipment investment and to accelerate the development and utilization of crude oil.This thing is of great significance.Used for transportation of crude oil and refined oil of the drag-reducing agent is mainlyα-olefin polymer products as raw materials.At present,the most extensive range of applications and best DRA oily products is a flexible linear structure of polymers.Its molecular weight exceed one millionSynthesis of DRA is bulk of polymerization and solution polymerization.This paper apply the bulk polymerization,the pressure reactor with 1 liter volume is used for the first reactor,TiCl4/MgCl2 + Al (i-Bu) 3 as catalyst and DDS agents for the adjustment are used in the two-stage polymerization reaction. At first ,test for 1-Dodecene polymerization were inspected its polymerization factors and optimizing the process conditions. On this basis, respectively,by way of copolymerization of 1 - Octene and 1– Dodecene,1-Decene and 1 - Dodecene copolymerization optimized to determine the optimum conditions and a higher rate of synthesis of the drag reduction by agent resistance.Polymer through the Central Road test results showed that the quality concentration of Bay Road is add 10mg/L and drag reduction rate of polymer is amout to 52.3 percent, The overall point of view, 1-Octene and 1-Dodecene copolymerization effect is better than 1-Decene and 1-dodecene.By GPC, IR, 1H-NMR methods for characterization of polymer that was prepared by the method of polymer molecular weight Mw = 5.97×106, the molecular chain C = C bond is not the existence of a more complete polymerization and the application of crude oil.
