Batch reactor is a very important vessel in chemistry industry produce,the reaction mechanism in it is complicated.Because of multiple controlled objects and big time-variant, non-linear,time-delay,at present,lots of batch production are also be controlled through manus or half automation operation,the level of the automation is very lower.At the same time,in batch process,it is very important to control the reactor jacket-heating system optimally,because results of the heating system temperature-control directly affect the product quality and productivity.According to the process characteristics of the reactor in the Liaoning Key Lab of Advanced Control Systems for Industry Equipments,a reactor process control system consisting of IPC,PLC,related instrument and apparatus is designed.For this control system, S7-300 PLC executes the basic control function,and IPC is the operating and monitoring station running WinCC.This control system can not only execute the conventional control and monitor mode,but also develops a friendly platform and a practical validating environment for various control theory research and application.In order to identify the process parameter,we have analyzed and researched the object. We also designed the scheme to test the jacket heating process.After that,we analyzed the data and identified the basic parameters of the jacket-heating system,which could come up with some ideas for the further research to the control policy.Because the reactor jacket-heating system is a big delay,big inertia,is high nonlinear process,in order to meet the practical requirement,Fuzzy-PID control arithmetic is applied to it's temperature control.With the redeveloping of the WinCC,the Fuzzy-PID algorithm sofware patch is embedded into WinCC global VBScript editor,and the experimental application to reactor jacket heating system temperature-control demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed results.
