This article take the seven-roller straightenor as the study object, using theoretical analysis as well as experimental study to propose some new calculational model based on the analysis of several energetic parameters calculational model.(1)The article start from basic theory of elastic-plastic deformation, discuss the nowadays research of the energetic parameters. It discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each method as well as the application condition by comparing measured values with the calculated ones.(2)Using the test data of roller's centric position, this article advances the finite element calculational method. Taking the plate model specifications to establish model, exerting the load—the roller's centric position on plate. Using the measured plate data to establish model, load and calculate by three-dimensional finite element method, then it gets the energetic parameters data. The compared result shows that the caculated value approaches to the measured value.(3)The workpiece will deform under the straighten force, each reduction corresponds a deformation curve. Based on it the article bring forward the idea of simulating workpiece's deformation cubic curve equation to study energetic parameters calculation method. Through analyzing the relationship between curvature and bending moment, we gain the new energetic parameters calculational model. And by binging the processing parameter to the new method to calculate and analyse, the result is also close to the measured value.The results of this article propose two caculation models or methods for the straightenor's energetic parameter calculation research. These two models are closer to the practical one.They has a certain reference value for straightenor of the same force to make energetic parameters calculation, the design of process parameters as well as equipment maintenance, transformation.
