Dry strengthening agents which is prepared by graft copolymerization with modified core of corn stalks and super absorbent resin which is prepared by graft copolymerization with corn stalk powder have been introduced and primarily studied in the paper, using corn stalks as raw materials.Modified core of corn stalks is rich in fiber material. Dry strengthening agent was prepared by graft copolymerization with modified core of corn stalks, acrylamide(AM) and methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC). The processes showed that ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfite as redox system to induce reactions using aqueous polymerization could induce graft copolymerization between core of corn stalks and acrylamide(AM) and methacryloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride (DMC). Then the graft copolymer of core of corn stalks-AM-DMC was prepared. The graft copolymer of core of corn stalks-AM-DMC could reduce the beating degree of bleaching wheat straw pulp, which meant improving the water performance of pulp. And it also could increase the dry strength properties of paper by increasing breaking length and burst strength when the graft copolymer was added into bleaching wheat straw pulp. The optimized process conditions of preparing graft copolymer of core of corn stalks-AM-DMC by single-factor experiment were: the consumption of monomers was 10 times of the consumption of core of corn stalks, the mass ratio between AM and DMC of monomer was 3 to 1, the concentration of initiating agent was 4mmol/L, the time of reaction was 3 hours and the temperature was 50℃. The dosage of the copolymer, the reaction time of copolymer and pulp, and the stirring rate had obvious effect on the improving copolymer, while the pH of pulp had no effect. The result showed that, the optimal dosage of graft copolymer of core of corn stalks-AM-DMC in the straw pulp was 0.6%, the reaction time was 6 mimute with the stirring rate of 600 r/min. And so did in the mixed pulp of straw and wood, which had a good effect. Under similar conditions, it was had a good effect in ONP pulp when the dosage of copolyme was 0.8%.Corn stalks are rich in cellulose. Super absorbent resin could be prepared using corn stalks with acrylic monomers induced by ammonium persulfate-sodium bisulfite initiating system when the corn stalks were dry smashed. The super absorbent resin was with good water absorption capacity. The orthogonal experiment to determine the conditions of copolymerization between corn stalk powder and acrylic acid showed that the absorbency of deionized water was up to 680g/g and the absorbency of 0.9%NaCl solution was up to 53.6g/g of the graft copolymer, when the consumption of acrylic monomers was 8 times of the dry weight of corn stalk powder, the concentration of initiating agent was 9mmol/L, the neutralization of crylic acid was 80%, the temperature was 50℃and the consumption of cross linking agents was 0.3% of the monomer weight.Analytical network process(ANP) was used in the study of manufacturing execution system(MES) in paper making enterprises. Evaluation and selection decision-making model could evaluate the MES software systematically and comprehensively. And the decision-making process was more clear with the ANP technology.
