This paper explored preparation and selection of new-type visible light photo-catalystits application in degradation of nitrilon wastewater, simultaneity optimized theconditions of reaction.The catalyst in this paper was homogeneous catalyst which was composed Fe3+/Fe2+withnitrogen-containing organic compounds,in order to reusing,the catalyst was loaded on solidcarrier to be made into another form catalyst.By selecting different carriers, organiccompounds,two kinds of catalyst were chosen out, the preparation method of catalyst and themechanisms of affecting factors in treating nitrilon wastewater were investigated. The resultswere as follows: 4, 4'- bipyridyl and Fe3+/Fe2+ formate organic ion complex were loaded oncationic exchange resin with Polyallylmethacrylate, polystyrene /divinylbenzene. Per gram ofresin could be loaded 5×10-4mol of organic complex. The best molar ratio of bipyridyl / Fe2+2: 1 in a range of pH (3 3.5),and could get good result repeatedly.After analyzing byDRS spectral analysis,the catalyst had strong response in spectrum of visible light.Afterinsolating under sunshine 10 hours,the same result could be got like the conditions ofexperiment.During the experiment,both light and H2O2 were facile or innocuous,and couldreact in solvent,so it had advantage than other methods which like some heatreaction or usingvenomousness solvent.The catalyst was used in treating nitrilon wastewater under visibleirradiation in facile reaction conditions which contains normal temperature, natural pressurewide range of pH.Catalyst was stable and the repeatability was well.In chapter three,it was for studying the nitrilon wastewater's nature and the structuralformula of pollutant, and providing more data for nitrilon wastewater processing. Byresearching and selecting the conditions of pretreatment to nitrilon wastewater, the conditionsfollows:took the methylene chloride (analytically pure) as the extracting agent,pH was 5,concentration temperature was 58℃-60℃; the chromatographic conditions wereselected(for example chromatographic column, temperature programming, flow rate of carrierand so on) and the mass spectrum conditions (for example suppressing peak time, scanning scope and so on), after mading the qualitative analysis to the organic pollutant in thenitrilon wastewater. The optimum reaction conditions of photo-catalyst oxidation was: H2O2concentration was 0.10mol/L, the dosage of catalyst was 10g/L, the best pH scope was 49,the degradation rate of COD could reach about 50%.The biodegradation of nitrilonwastewater was evidently up,the value of B/C was up from 0.21 to 0.50. It would debase thethreshold of nitrilon wastewater,and offered some useful data for other research of highconcentration organic wastewater degredation.
