With the further development of the industrialization, the consumption of oil products is increasing, so the research of ultra-deep drilling rigs have been on the agenda. The drilling rig ZJ70/4500DBF is a kind of ultra-deep oil drilling rigs, applicable to drill a depth of 7000 meters. Ultra-deep drilling rigs wiht heavy load, high derrick, are more easily distorted because of vibration than conventional drilling rigs. During making a trip, the drill pipe must be put up or put down in accordance with some certain requirements, and in normal working hour the drill pipes need to been maintained with a certain force to make sure the press is right between the aiguille and rock. In the three conditions, the forces on hoisting system are always in a circulation, and the dynamic load, which has a great impact on the performance of drilling rigs, changes significantly. So the study of mechanical properties about hoisting system of drilling rigs is very important now.In this thesis, firstly, the 3D modeling software Pro/E is adopted to build up geometric model, and the density must be recorrected to make up the loss of mass to reduce errors because some parts and part features are overlooked;secondly,in order to get better results of vibration, some parts which are moveable or bear the main force are divided into more parts, and some others, which are fixed each other, are mergered to one part.In the software Mech/Pro,some positioning coordinates (Marker) are built between two parts which are connected. Then,in accordance with actual connetions,it is simulated by buiding up connections with special joints and forces in ADAMS, and the parameters are identified with ANSYS together. Finally, by time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis, the results of dynamics is attainable.Through the study of this thesis, the virtual prototype system of a drilling rig hoisting system can be abtained, and resonance frequency range and the corresponding vibration mode are also attainable, and the curves of displacement, velocity, acceleration force and torque of all parts are aviable. It is easy to find the time and places where have the largeset force as well as deformation. Meanwhile, it provides the basis to design, optimize and control of series of deep drilling rig, and enhances system stability, reliability, furthermore, it provide the data source to develop simulation platform software.
