The way of traditional Spindle Type Drill Rig is short which is only0.5-0.6M need specialized erection, relocation is not convenient. Drilling rig rotary speed without step less speed regulation, could not meet the different requirements of the drilling process. It’s not easy to realize drilling parameter monitoring and automatic control. Fully hydraulic driving head drill will be a long process, it is about3M generally, inverted pole less, small disturbance to the core. The core recovery and core of quality is high. Inverted pole frequency less reduce accident rate, the construction process is more stable, improve construction quality. Fully hydraulic driving head drill with derrick, convenient to move, make high construction efficiency, reduce the construction cost.Fully hydraulic driving head drill speed can be step less speed regulation, can adapt to the overall drilling, diamond core drilling, Reverse Circulation Continuous Coring (sampling) drilling and other drilling technology. With the improvement of the modernization of our country, the cost of hydraulic components decreased, reliability has improved steadily. Some of the advanced design idea has been applied to the fully hydraulic driving head drill, such as load sensitive technology and electro-hydraulic proportional control technology greatly reduces the energy consumption increases of the drill rig, load adaptability and operability. Fully hydraulic driving head drill is easy to realize the monitoring of drilling parameters, the automatic control of electro-hydraulic proportional technology can realize the drill rig, to improve the level of automation. Therefore, in the design of full hydraulic drilling rig, the latest achievements of the urgent need the application of technology and the hydraulic components development, technological transformation of the traditional hydraulic system, perfect function, the purpose of improving the efficiency.Performance of full hydraulic drilling rig, mainly depends on the hydraulic system performance. The evaluation of hydraulic system of drilling rig, should be analyzed from the comparative of several functions and characteristics, efficiency of hydraulic system aspects. As for recent full hydraulic drilling rig set up R&D staff, using new cutting-edge product hydraulic equipment and technology research, improving the existing hydraulic system, which will make the function of hydraulic drilling rig hydraulic system more completely and more efficiently. Energy consumption of hydraulic system was attracted more attention by R&D personnel in designing of hydraulic system.Through the research and analysis of the driving system of domestic drilling rig hydraulic, combining with the drilling process, the load status of core drilling machine operation under different geological conditions are computed and analyzed, and combined with the requirements of XDL1800full hydraulic top drive drilling rig, designed with the LUDV system as the core of the rig hydraulic system, and then use the AMEsim simulation software the modeling and dynamic simulation of the hydraulic drive system. Rigs drilling process requirements derived rotation speed can be adjusted in a wide range, and when the external load changes, drill rotation speed can automatically adapt to changes in load, speed remains the same; rig feed a large range of load changes, is characterized by its speed When drilling different formation, require rig drilling pressure can be easily adjusted, drill feed speed requirements can live adaptive ROP needs; should have a braking function, avoid driving on sloping or hydraulic system occurs suddenly stopped working accidents. Meanwhile, in order to avoid drilling with a larger slope when the slope slip crawler hydraulic system should have the ability to self-locking; drilling process, plays an important role in the mud, which requires drilling of the hydraulic control system output speed and torque to adjusted as needed; combination drilling rig technology and load characteristics, the author proposes a full hydraulic drilling rig hydraulic system design requirements, comprehensive XDL1800full hydraulic power head core drilling feed single cylinder, hydraulic power head plus four mechanical step less adjustment speed characteristics, designed to compensate LUDV valve LS load sensing system with load sensing valve before the compensation system rig dual pump hydraulic control system. The feeding system with rotary drilling rig using load sensing valve compensation system, while avoiding the rig when the system flow unsaturated hydraulic system reduces coordination shortcomings, on the other hand to solve the load sensing valve before the compensation system single pump single loop hydraulic system high cost, the system capacity and other issues. Then use simulation software AMEsim rig hydraulic drive system modeling and dynamic simulation, the first of the basic common loop rig the dynamic analysis, the pump control valve system, and the system pressure, flow, power consumption and dynamic load adaptability characteristics, there is a big draw valve system pressure and flow losses, load and poor adaptability; pump control system energy consumption and load adaptability is better. Then the current rig hydraulic system design in the common constant pressure variable pump control system, load sensing valve before the compensation system, compensation for load sensing valve systems, remote flow control system for dynamic analysis, through analysis, the constant pressure variable pump control system has Traffic adaptive characteristics, the system does not overflow losses, energy saving, single drawback is the system flow uncontrollable mutation load in the system, the system flow rate fluctuations; compensated load sensing valve before the system which is characterized by load adaptive, flow can be easy to adjust according to need, and overflow system throttling loss, disadvantage is that the system less able to resist unsaturated; valve compensated load sensing system, in addition to compensation for load sensing valve before the system energy efficient features, the independence of its system with load flow distribution characteristics, with good resistance to unsaturated flow characteristics; remote traffic control system has a flow adjustment easy, load adaptive, can be achieved using normal valve flow control ready, like the load sensing system costs low.Through the above analysis verified XDL-1800drilling rig hydraulic system design is reasonable.The application of dynamic design method of new ideas in design of hydraulic system of drilling rig. According to the different drilling conditions, analysis of dynamic characteristics of hydraulic system, verified the rationality of the design of hydraulic system. Provides the theory basis for more accurate analysis of pressure and flow characteristics of the hydraulic system in the process of drilling operation. To improve the current situation of hydraulic system, hydraulic drilling rig to promote full hydraulic core drilling renewal has practical significance.
