There are two questions about stone Products still exist: high processing costs, inefficient processing. But diamond tool is the key to determine processing costs and efficiency.This issue chose Ag,Cu,Zn,Ni,Co,Mn as the major elements of Solder firstly, make up six kinds of alloys totally, After comparing the melting temperature alloy, and the shear strength of the brazing process, finally selected three kinds of alloys as a single-crystal diamond abrasive brazing the filler metal. It was made a welding test of Ag-Cu-Ti filler metal in foil and powder together in two forms, set up a new induction of twice brazing process in welding test. At the microscopy system to observe the microstructure after brazing, analysis the effect of brazing time on the brazing quality. Melting temperature of Ag-Cu-Ti alloy solder is 890℃, brazing temperature is 940℃, it is 50℃higher than the brazing temperature, and the welding interface can reach a higher bond strength. When brazing temperature at 940℃, brazing non-coated diamond abrasive with 45# steel matrix in vacuum environment, the welding intensity using Ag-Cu-Ti alloy solder is more strength than using Ag-Cu eutectic with Ti composite solder.On the basic of studied diamond brazing process and tool wear law, using brazing diamond tools processing granite and marble stone to contrast the two pilot studies. In the experimental process, process parameters selected cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth, each factor has three levels of selection, using orthogonal experimental design method to study experiment. General consider the cutting force and cutting efficiency trends of marble and granite processing, using Use trends and range analysis, obtained that the best combination of process parameters of machining marble cutting force for the cutting speed is 15mm / s, feed rate is 4.0mm / s, cutting depth is 3.0mm. And best combination of process parameters of granite for cutting Speed is 17mm / s, feed rate is 4.0mm / s, cutting depth is 2.0mm. Through the variance analysis of experiment results, study significant of process parameters on cutting force and cutting efficiency. Come to the conclusion that feed rate impact on cutting efficiency and cutting force are highly significant, and the depth of cut has a significant effect. Through the variance analysis of experiment result, using regression analysis, set up a mathematical model of cutting force.The research projects aim is to lower production costs, improve processing efficiency. Therefore, the results of their research have guiding significance on China's processing of stone products and the production of practical; at the same time, the research ideas and research methods will also have far-reaching effects on stone products of processing and its theoretical studies.
