The industry of loom has a long history. From the hand looms to shuttle looms and now to the rapier,jet looms. In the past half century, the textile industry in China is not only the traditional industry but also advantage industry. It has made tremendous for the national economy. The modernization of the production is a clear trend of high-speed loom, and of cost savings. After all, introducing advanced foreign technology is too costly and difficult to obtain core technologies; it is the best solution that we modify the existing models. So that the efficiency of their production can be improved and the cost is not very expensive.This article is based on introduction of the wuxi longli company's LL680 flexible rapier loom. We test the dynamic characteristics when it's in high-speed operating conditions. Analysis the loom through the vibration test, make sure what the source part of the strong vibration is. as well as any other strong component of vibration. Found that a sudden strong vibration and analysis of the reasons for working condition. Noise tests provide a compare basis for new productions after be modified. Natural frequency testing has explained the reasons for the phenomenon. Finite Element Modal Analysis, considered the ultimate way to take the rack optimized to avoid the resonance frequency, and also on the economy consideration.The ll680 flexible rapier loom model has more mature technology and lower price. So it's a innovation if we through the local optimization and improve its performance requirements in high-speed looms without the basic structure of the original be changed. Textile industry will undoubtedly tight macro-economic situation in the premise. Equipment and technology to achieve the objectives and progress is also very useful. At the same time, as well as textile machinery manufacturing companies to extend a product life cycle and promote the products of the new path of technological progress. The finite element analysis techniques used in rapier rack systems analysis and experiments have been closer to the results provided the basis for in-depth study.So far, the optimization of research is not comprehensive, still flawed in many ways and areas for improvement, which in the final chapter have been summarized. These deficiencies will be in-depth study and improve the future direction.
