The mine hoist is often been called the throat of mine mountain by people, which is the most important equipments in mine mountain. It is the only road of contacting the ground and the bottom of a well in the whole mineral well. It takes the important carriage responsibility of ore, material and personnel etc. It is crucial for mine hoist that stability and reliability. The property of traditional speed control system for the mine hoist is worse,there are so many security problems. Along with the development of computer and programmable logical controller, the controller of mine elevator come forth new visage, the level of automation and safety and security arrived at the new altitude, and provided a new and modern manage and monitor means.In this paper, the research goal is real application on the hoist ,which use on Vector Control Frequency Control System based on the PCC . Design and transformation of the original speed control system can improve precision, and can guarantee successful production in the safety range.The speed control system of mine hoist comprised by the invert, PCC, operating floor, monitoring system and the mechanical transmission. In this Design, to take full account of the use of environment, the anti-interference measures are carried out. Different from other control system, speed curve of idea S can be produced by software of PCC.In this paper, mathematical model of speed curve of idea S is set up, and simulated in the Simulink, to check this system is feasible.Application research of the frequency conversion control system use on mine hoist based on PCC was used by mine more than one year. Control precision and reliability of this system is high and it is running well in practice.
