| This thesis first introduces the developmental conditions of the mine hoist monitoring technology and system equipment, the auxiliary shaft hoist control system composition of Dongtan Mine, analyzes the developmental trend of the monitoring technology in the mine hoist. In view of the hoist system's characteristic, the thesis proposes a program of dual channel information monitoring system which is structural integrity, functional, high reliability and facing the entire production process.This issue through studying the actual needs of the hoist process monitoring and security protection, used field bus technology, PLC control technology, industrial Ethernet technology, host machine technology, used industrial configuration software PCS7 (STEP7, WinCC, Protool, etc), by the use of software integration, reliability and optimization design, to realize two sets of software security monitoring circuits in the dual channel controller, to integrate many sub-systems' security monitoring in running process in a body, to construct a new synthesized automated and visualization intelligence monitoring, to achieve from the production control to the information management in one set, to cause the information of the mine hoist process and the information management system to be integrated, to strengthen security and reliability of the hoist operation, the hoisting system's integrity and the accuracy of the information, to fully enhance the mine hoist overall automated system monitoring and management level, to meet the requirements of highly effective and Intrinsically Safe. |
