CNC router is a machine tools which is the early application of numerical control technology in wood processing industry and furniture production, which is the most complicated and the most advanced woodworking machinery,and it has become an important symbol to measure the level of a country's woodworking machinery development. CNC router has many new progresses in universal process, among them the obvious characteristic is that to change the gantry structure into cantilever structure.The cantilever beam of CNC router is an important component thus its dynamic capability will directly influence the accuracy of the machining. This thesis makes a further study about the essence that influence the dynamic of the cantilevel beam based on the analysis of the cantilevel structure. First set up a FEM model of the cantilevel beam and make a dynamic analyis to fanid the weak point of it. Then, use the methods of combination of therory analysis and actual test to prove the accuracy of the theroy analysis by adjusting the system software of CRAS V 6.2.At last, from the point of improving the anti-vibration of the cantilevel beam, by changing the inner structure of the cantilever beam to seek a scheme to better optimize the beam. This means first change the layout of the rib plate, analysis it and choose the reasonable one based on the target of optimize the connatural frequency of the cantilevel beam. And then, analysis the influence caused by the thickness of the plank, size of the cell window and the structure of the beam, put forward the optimized scheme and analyse it. The result of the analysis shows that the dynamic of the beam get improved and provide a beneficial theroy base for improving the whole design of the machine.
