The activated carbon adsorption technology is one,of effective method of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment.But the saturated activated carbon is very difficult to regenerate and easy to cause secondary pollution.Uses the microwave induction activated carbon catalysis processing technology,might enable the activated carbon to have the adsorption and the catalysis degradation at the same time,the activated carbon does not need to regenerate,reduced the treatment cost.The paper combined the activated carbon adsorption and the microwave technology to process the reactive brilliant blue X-BR wastewater,through simulated the dye wastewater and each kind of influencing factors were studied.First,the effort of many factors on the reactive briliant blue X-BR discolor rate was in inspected,such as the concentration of reactive briliant blue X-BR solution,the amount of activated carbon,the time of microwave radiation and the microwaver power.The result indicated that the microwave induced activated carbon craft excelled obviously the activated carbon adsorption on the processing effect of reactive briliant blue X-BR.Under the conditions which the concentration of reactive briliant blue X-BR solution was 200mg/L,the microwave power was 750W,the radiation time was 10min,and the activated carbon amount was 12g/L,the discoloration rate was 83.45%and COD removal rate was 75.8%.After modified by the(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2,FeSO4,CuSO4 solution immersion,the degradation of reactive brilliant blue X-BR experiments showed that the degradation which microwave induced the activated carbon loaded by(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 was best.When the modified activated carbon amount was 12g/L,the microwave power was 750W,the radiation time was 10min,the removal rate may reach 98.78%.Kinetic analysis indicated that under the microwave induction,the modified activated carbon degeneration speed enhanced 2 times compared to the ordinary activated carbon.The best(NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 immersion density was 0.1 mol/L.Carried on the duplicated experiment under the same condition, discovered that the modified activated crbon could duplicate use above 15 times.In the static circulation processing enlargement experiment,the microwave induction modified activated charcoal was still good.200mg/L reactive brilliant blue X-BR solution was 20L,the microwave power was 625W,the activated carbon amount was 25g/L,responded 2.5h,the discoloration rate was 98.76%.
