Optimization For Mining Process In Wulongquan Limestone Mine

Mining procedures have a greater influence on exploitation of open-pit. Optimization of open pit mining process is typically an integrated decision-making.Being aimed at the western mining technology of Wulongquan mine,combination of eastern condition and its effect on western mining,analysises four extraction procedures for the program. The four extractions are unilateral horizontal layout line of work to promote, single vertical line of work arrangements to promote, vertical line of work to promote bilateral arrangement, horizontal line of the early work and vertical layout late cloth,etc.Based on the property characteristics of mining procedure, the research first builts comprehensive evaluation indicator system. Then there are researches on building the evaluation index system of mining procedure and on the combination of using AHP to improve models and Scatter Degree to ensure the weights of evaluation index.then use the Set Pair Analysis to integrate evaluation model and do a detailed analysis evaluation on four mining procedure schemes to achieve the optimization of mining procedure.The improved model of AHP has just used the importance of experts to elements to have comparison by twice,and have the subjective uncertainty when the experts are doing objuective judgments to be a great basis of weights account,which will make the assignment be more scientific, reasonable and satisfy the consistency requirements.Scatter Degree's principle is simple and has intuitive and geometric meaning.the evaluation process is transparent and there is no subjective assessment of the results,which make the evaluation results objuctive and comparable .The using of AHP and Scatter Degree to ensure the weights avoids the limitation of single using of Subjective Weight Method and Objective Weight Method,which make the calculated weights more reasonable.
