The Study Of Screw Pump Working Condition Diagnosis Technology

The screw pump oil production system is simple in structure and high in performance with low working cost. The use of this technology is now being phased in. But the existing problem in it's application is insufficient testing in torque. So it's necessary to make an intensive study to improve the usage level of pump oil well.This paper deals with open mouth hydraulic sensor which could test the torque,axial force and rotate speed.Screw Pump Working Condition Diagnosis Technology has been made and the parameter such as rev,torque and load of well is known promptly with the successful practical application of diagnostic system of down-well single screw pump. Production and maintenanceof single screw pump well have been directed by comparing thoretical data.
