At the same time, in accordance with experience and modern management approach of the state-owned enterprises,i put forward the environmental monitoring plan and environmental issues based on Fault Tree Analysis to national policies and regulations, the enterprise content management as a key management in order to establish the ecological point of environmental management model for the ultimate goal of this suitable for dispersion of private coal mining systematic environmental management.
