With parts of the oil-fields development in our country gradually entered themid-late period, and the further promotion of tertiary oil recovery technology,produced the liquid water content and the viscosity of crude oil graduallyincreased, which make it difficult to post-dehydration treatment, which mainlyfocus on the large current appeared, lower stable high voltage electric field, lowerdehydration efficiency, and often collapse of electric field of the electric field inthe process of the electric dehydration dehydration. To solve the above problem,this article has designed a set of digital control of high frequency pulse powersupply system of electric dehydration of crude oil based on DSP processor, whichhas realized the real-time monitoring, dehydration process for crude oil emulsionto ensure dehydration device efficient and stable running. The specific researchwork is carried out as follows:Firstly, the present research situation and development trend of crude oildehydration technology are briefly introduced. This paper expounds the basicprinciple of electric dehydration of crude oil, the basis of through detailedanalysis of the advantages and the disadvantages of traditional ac and dc electricfield dehydration waveform, the design scheme of high frequency pulse electricdehydration power supply device is raised.Secondly, according to the high frequency pulse electric dehydration ofcrude oil to the requirements of the power supply technology, the overall designscheme of high frequency pulse power supply are given, the design of maincircuit are completed. The main circuit design and circuit component parametersare analyzed and the calculation method are given, which switching devicespecific models and parameters of the high-frequency transformer magnetic coreand winding is confirmed.Thirdly, the high frequency pulse circuit design of the control system of electric dehydration is completed. Including master control module with DSP asthe core system, voltage regulator and rectifier module, inverter and protectionmodule, keyboard and display and parameter measurement module.It includesunder voltage, over current and over voltage protection circuit, realizes thefunctions such as real-time monitoring and protection for dehydration condition.Finally, this system software programming and debugging of hardwarecircuit modularity are completed. the results show that the design of dewateringdevice which can realize the output voltage, frequency, duty cycle function suchas continuous and adjustable output voltage and closed loop control; Overalldebugging results show that the device has a rapidly over voltage and overcurrent protection function, to ensure reliable operation, the indicators meet thedesign.
