Five-axis NC system is currently the most difficult numerical control technology, the most widely applied technology, centralized computer control, servo drives and sophisticated technologies in a whole, used in complex surface systems for high-performance, precision, automated processing.The object of this paper is five-axis CNC ceramics engraving machine,according to the characteristics and processing requirements of NC system, start from coordinate transformation of three-dimensional graphics, come through the detailed derivation of the post-processing machine algorithm, use UG / Open GRIP to build three-dimensional parametric modeling. Based on the processing algorithm, to compile human-computer interaction interface on VB 6.0 platform, and to process tool path files, convert into the NC program for CNC machine tools directly to identify, does not require a lot of changes. Through interpolation operator of Mach2 software, obtain all axis pulse signal, output to each axis of the stepper motor drive by the computer's LPT parallel, to drive each axis stepper motor movement, directly applied to NC machining.In this paper, the results of research on other types of sports-axis mode of post-processing algorithm has a certain draw to determine the meaning and reference methods.
