In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s aerospace industry, the newly developed product after another, so that the CNC technology is morewidely used. Thus, digital technology has become the core of modernmanufacturing industry and an important strategic development of militarytechnology.Currently, most five-axis CNC machine tools around the two rotary axes arethe two coordinate axis, that is, Turn around with X, Z-axis or Y, Z axis. Therefore, the commonly used CAD/CAM software to provide this type of CNCmachine tools is only post-processing functions. But with the development ofCNC machine tools, presented in a way motion axes diversified. Such as theDMU80P duoBLOCK two rotation around the Z axis of a rotating table with themachine into a45°angle. And general CAD/CAM software do not provide sucha motion axis post processing mode. Therefore, the need to develop methodsspecifically for the campaign post processingBased on the DMU80P duoBLOCK analysis of machine tool structure, thebasic theory from the start coordinate transformation, coordinate transformationalgorithm is derived. Combined with numerical control machine toolHEIDENHAIN iTNC530used in common software and CAD/CAM software----Pro/E-generated tool path file format, using VB high-level languageprogramming platform developed for Pro/E track files into the DMU80PduoBLOCK machine tools used in post-processing program. Finally, test the machine processing of tests conducted to verify thefeasibility of the program. Meanwhile, the special structure of machine tools forother post-processing program developed to provide a theoretical and empiricalreference.
