Gang saw be widely used in large size and large specification sheet marble and granite sawing, especially widely used in high hardness granite large plate sawing. With the architectural decoration industry for large granite plank product demand increased, the proportion of wide width in 900mm ~ 2200mm considerably in stone processing products will become larger and larger.Gang saw one-time board processing quantity and board processing better than diamond wire saw and diamond circular disc saw.But the low processing cost of gang saw can not be reflected,because of its equipment cumbersome,low machining accuracy and the lower machining efficiency.Aiming at this question, after a lot of research and profound study,puts forward to high efficiency and low cost of new gang saw's design and optimization. optimization analysisFrom the Angle of the design concept of gang saw, puts forward to new gang saw's design scheme. Through the functional analysis,using three-dimensional software designed the whole machine,and puts forward to the new gang saw's main technical parameters. Put a deep research on the sand saw cutting mechanism, and analyzed cutting force characteristics from a single steel grain's cutting force,established scheme of resistance strain gauge test cutting force.The movement of the transmission mechanism optimization analysis and structure design. Optimized analysis for the key part saw frame gained optimized saw frame structure. Validated the relation of saw blade tensioner, lateral force and lateral displacement. Put a new gang saw automatic adjustment linkage mechanism.To improve the efficiency of sawing, and carries on the mechanical and structural optimization.After the success of new gang saw researched will satisfactorily resolve the problem of processing large format or ultra-large-format stone plate products. At the same time the new gang saw's weight and improved structure,processing efficiency will further promotion.New gang saw will has high performance,reduce the investment in equipment,make gang saw incarnate advantages in sawing large size plate products.The new gang saw will have high economic efficiency and wide prospect market.
