Profile is widely used in various construction fields.Profile cutting is generally manual cutting after manual clamping,which has problems such as low automation,low production efficiency,high labor intensity,poor working environment and difficult product quality assurance.Therefore,based on the research on the process of the profile cutting production line,this paper optimizes the layout of the automatic cutting production line,develops the automatic cutting production line for bundled profiles,and studies some key work stations.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper investigates and analyzes the current enterprise's sawing process of bundled profiles,reviews the relevant literature in this field,formulates the automatic cutting process route,and optimizes the layout of the cutting production line.(2)The equipment for pushing and aligning the end faces of profiles has been developed,and horizontal and angular pushing and aligning analysis has been carried out for different stacking situations of single-layer profiles.The maximum pushing force of the two pushing and aligning modes and the better stacking situation of profiles have been obtained,providing a basis for the design of pushing and aligning mechanism.(3)A set of automatic blanking manipulator structure for bundled profiles is designed.use ANSYS Workbench to carry out static analysis on the main position of the manipulator to find out the structural danger,and modal analysis is carried out on the manipulator truss to calculate its natural frequency and avoid possible resonance working frequency.In addition,the work bench's own optimization module is also used to carry out multi-objective optimization design of the main girder,which improves the performance of the equipment.(4)Based on the requirements of MES system,the existing band saw machine has been upgraded and improved intellectually,and an intelligent control scheme for the band sawmachine has been proposed.The automatic sawing production line for bundled profiles studied in this paper can effectively improve the problems of low production efficiency,unstable product quality and poor working environment existing in the current manual cutting line,etc,and has high engineering significance.
