The Research Of The Cooling Technology In High-temperature Mine And Its Economic Analysis

With the increase of mining depth and the continuous improvement of mechanization, heat disaster in mines becoming more and more serious,it has became a big problem to limit normal production and impact economic benefits of mine. Recently, cooling technologies in mine is developing faster and there are many examples of mine cooling technologies applications.In this paper, accordance with the characteristics of the main heat source,analysis the impaction for the heat environmental in mine. Base on the principle of human thermal comfort in built environment and the characteristics of underground thermal environment, provide the method of evaluation for miner thermal comfort. Based on the influence analysis of heat source and miners thermal comfort, suggest calculate heat from heat source with region. Compare this result and heat cooling load in the mine face, to confirm the mine cooling load.According to contrast agent, effect of cooling, equipment placement and comprehensive evaluation for kinds of cooling technologies, get the idea of different thermal cooling technology and programs for the different the mine situation. Base on the target of mine cooling, List the economic evaluation methods and indicators of cooling system in mine. Establish the model of economic evaluation of the mine cooling. At last, choose ji er mine as examples, use the methods and economic model, indicators, compare with different mine cooling program with technical and economic, come to the conclusion that the man-made ice cooling program is most appropriate for this mine.
