With modern mining degree of increase and mining technology development, the increasing of mine depth is very rapidly, in deep roadway and working face, high temperature heat harm problem is becoming more and more frequent, mine heat harm problem has become the important factors of constraining the mining efficiency, harming underground work personnel's physical and mental health and causing safety accident.At present, the research and development of the mineral gas cooling jacket in China and the research on the comfort of the air cooling service are less,and it still in the initial stage, the design of the gas cooling jacket is lack of certain theoretical support.The cooling effect and thermal comfort of mine used air cooling clothing need to be verified. Therefore, it is very important to study the application of gas cooling clothing in the high temperature and high humidity environment.By basic theory of human thermal balance and thermal comfort as a guide, combined with mine high temperature and high humidity conditions,learning through a fashion design, fluid mechanics, materials science,occupational health and hygiene and safety ergonomics theory to design out the cooling garment;And simulation experiments were conducted on the cooling jacket, and the experimental samples were male students aged between 20 and 28 years old.Using climate chamber to simulate the high temperature and humidity environment of mine, the different intensity of the movement simulate different labor intensity, take different air volume for the experiment;And measurements were recorded by vests micro environmental data and subjective thermal feeling data test and analysis in different temperature and humidity environment, different exercise intensity, volume changes of clothing micro environment influence; and under the different air flow, the change of human subjective thermal feeling analysis.Through the analysis of the experimental results, suit cooling temperature, humidity, wind speed and change rules are obtained,namely:vests in the micro climate of wind speed and wind into positive correlation,and vests in temperature and humidity and air flow into the negative correlation; vests in the micro climate of the wind speed and the labor intensity without necessarily related, and inserted in the temperature andhumidity and the intensity of labor into positive correlation.Experiment results also show that the variation of human subjective thermal feeling:with cooling garment volume increases, the human's thermal sensation, wet feeling is reduced, increasing the gas flu; thermal comfort, and the heat can accept degree increase, reduce the expected flow; with the increase of labor intensity, the human's thermal sensation, wet increases, reduce the gas flu;thermal comfort, the heat can be accept degree decreases, the expected flow increases.The results also showed that the environmental temperature changes of clothing in micro climate and human subjective thermal feeling influence is change bigger, when the environment temperature rises to 34 degrees Celsius, the air volume required a substantial increase. And through the human subjective thermal sensation vote and vests in micro environment data binding, obtained under high temperature and high humidity vests in the micro climate thermal comfort zone. While wearing cool clothes, high temperature and high humidity environment of the body's heat can accept the voting analysis found that the current coal mining working surface temperature control standards may be appropriate to relax.
