With the Olympic Games, World Expo and other international event was successfully held in China。Factory of the world are moving towards the center of China, which greatly stimulates domestic demand and rapidly promotes the development of the steel industry in our country. So Iron and steel manufacturers urgently need to meet the rolling line treatment of advanced wireless technology index finishing equipment Rolling Shear. Compared to the traditional inclined blade shear and rotary sheer, rolling-cut double sides sheer is a more advanced plate shearing machine, which has many advantages in cut quality and efficiency. However, at present most of our technology of the Rolling Shear is imposed from foreign country. Especislly the technology of rolling-cut double sides shear. Because the abroad blockade its technology seriously, combined with the researchers study the theoretical poorly in our country, which seriously constraints the rolling-cut double shear independent research and development process, and hindered the further development of the economy.Therefore, shear rolling-cut double-depth study of the theory put forward reasonable design method has important significance.The paper is based on the roll-cut double shear properties of principle and process analysis, the use of the principle of mechanism will simplify the roll-cut shear for the bilateral linkage 8R7Ⅲlinkage level. The present summarizes the two design process performance requirements of the rolling-cut double shear, cutting edge of pure rolling over as the main design requirements, study the rolling-cut double shear and puts forward the possible options. The concretely contents are as follows:1.After simplified the Shear on a bilateral agency roll-type, establish the overall kinematics equations and found a few of the key hinge point and the lowest point of the coordinates of the dynamic, then obtained its trajectory by using the MATLAB,verify the actual validity of the formula and the results obtained with the ADAMS, compared the actually results.2.Making the above pure rolling shear blade as the main target, with rolling-cut the process of bilateral cut to optimize performance requirements, has obtained the best body parameters.3.Using the analysis software of limited elements ANSYS/LS-DYNA to simulate the process of its shear and measured the size of the shear force; analyzing the influence of shear force many factors.
