Study On The Planning Of Water Pollution Control Of Haihe River Basin In BinZhou City

With the development of industrialization and urbanization, water pollution has been a hot and difficult problem, especially the space-time complexity of basin water pollution. It has realistic and urgent meaning for ensuring sustainable utilization of water resource in watershed that the new thoughts and methods for resolving the basin water pollution are explored.In this paper, a pilot study on the water pollution prevention planning of Haihe river basin in BinZhou city has been made, based on the theories and methods of many subjects, after summing and analyzing the research and results at home and abroad. Its research method is: the reduction amount of pollutants are figured out with the predicted pollution load in the planning period after calculating the water environmental capacity of basin water pollutants, based on the investigation of pollution sources and the evaluation for the current quality of water in watershed according to the environmental quality request of basin. In order to meet the required environmental quality standard of basin water function, and to achieve the unity of economic efficiency, environmental and social benefits, the integrated measures of the prevention and cure for basin water pollution are discussed from rational use of water resource, protecting water environment, improving water quality and upgrading the self-purification capability of basin water.
