Analyses About Fire Safty Investment Optimization Of Large-Scale Chemical Enterprise

Recent years,Chemical Enterprise's fire safety of our country have so many questions and accident of fire and explosion occurrence frequently。In particular,the large-scale chemical enterprise relate with the country's production of important resources mostly, so the large-scale chemical enterprise's fire security problem appears outstandingly. Firstly, This thesis introduced large-scale chemical enterprise, fire safe and the meaning, characteristics and questions of the fire safe investment's optimization. Secondly, be made the qualitative analysis to the enterprise on fire safety investment, using economics theories of safe for example security cost function , benefit function and so on ,then pointed out the best fire safe investment-spot. Later, this thesis carried on the analysis to the fire safe investment sub-item indicators, which is also the foundation of establishing the optimized mathematical model. According to a chemical enterprise, the thesis obtained the optimized fire security input and the optimized investment proportion through applying to the optimized model. Thus, the thesis provided a quantification standard for the chemical enterprise safe investment in decision-making. This thesis finally proposed a series of measures and ways of enhancing chemical enterprise safe economic efficiency. In brief, the analysis about the chemical enterprise's fire safe optimized investment in order to avoid or reduce accident-loses and increase enterprise's economic efficiency,is an extremely important and urgent question in the process of social economy developing rapidly in present.
