In recent years,the safety of the coal mining industry in our country has improved.The mortality rate of one million tons of coal mines declines continuously.However,there is still a big gap compared with that of other countries.Safety has always been a problem that coal mines must face.At present,the problems that need to be solved urgently for the coal mine enterprises are how to determine suitable safety inputs and ensure the reasonableness of the input structure.The main focus of this study is the above problem.At present,there are two problems in the coal mine industry in our country:the structure of safety investment is not reasonable;the investment in safety is not sufficient.First of all,based on the investigation and study of five coal mine enterprises as decision-making units,the author constructed the DEA model and completed the solution according to the C~2R model.The research object is the coal mine with the most effective DEA.Then,a safety input-output data table is constructed around this research object.Based on this table,a mathematical model is constructed based on safety input-output and the consumption coefficient expression is introduced to process the data.The final output value and total safety input are obtained through Matlab software Existing relationship.Thirdly,using the six production departments of the coal mine as the decision-making unit,the DEA model is used to carry out quantitative analysis to find out the safety input value required by each department.Finally,using BC~2 model to analyze the reasonable degree of safety investment in this coal mine of the past five years,discussing the scale effectiveness and scale benefit of this coal mine,and giving some suggestions on the basis of the result analysis.In this study,based on the perspective of safety input-output analysis of safety investment decision-making,optimization of the safety input structure is more favorable to make investment decision-making more scientific and provide some references for coal mining enterprises to make safety decisions and safety management measures.
