In the hot plate printer is used for steel surface plate plant of marker technology standard equipment. These techniques including factory, ship, furnace, steel grade, steel specification, date of production and production organization etc. In steel surface technology is to prevent confuse plate, confusion, strengthening quality control is an important means and steel circulation, storage and use of the technical data necessary.Plate stamping machines have environmental protection, safety, application field, small volume, simple operation etc, which is consistent with China's national conditions, price cheap, has broad prospects for development, research is of great significance. Based on the method of printed sheet and thorough analysis and mechanical equipment, this paper elaborates on the basis of hydraulic pressure plate printing machine characteristics, structure, composition and working principle, and ANSYS10.0 using finite element software for stamping process of 3d fem simulation model.The first chapter of comprehensive describes the pressure seal machine domestic and foreign development status and its related technologies, statements of source and the main contents of the thesis.The second chapter to plank pressure seal machine design principle is analyzed, and puts forward the mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system of ontology design scheme of the system.The third chapter of plank pressure seal machine of stamping process is simulated, the stress and strain contours.The fourth chapter printed on the actual testing machine, find the most dangerous font, put forward the improvement methods force. The pressure seal the prospects of the machine, and upgrade the development direction.
