With the rolling machine to the development of medium-sized, precise orientation, analysis and design optimization problem of key components of plate bending machine has become a research problem to be solved urgently. This research is conducted in a three roller bending machine as the research object; this paper introduces the structure characteristics and working principle of common rolling machine, and the development of the situation.This paper discusses about the stress analysis and structure improvement of the frame and working-rollers on the plate bending machine, according to a certain type of level down three-roller bending machine. This research is about the stress analysis of key components on the three-roller bending machine, through the ANSYS software. Through the result which is solved after applying loads, vulnerable parts of the frame and working-rollers can be obtained. Compared with the traditional analysis method, the design and calculation can get the results more quickly and accurately with the help of finite element software to. According to the stress distribution were solved, improve operating performance of the plate bending machine by the necessary and reasonable structural improvement of body frame and work-roller. The force on the middle part of the work-roller is too large to cause the deformation. The improvements:for the upper-roller, change the other material which has better performance and meets requirements; for the lower-rollers, the reasonable supporting-roller can be added to the lower-roller to increase the support force. The stress condition of the frame can be improved by increasing rib plates appropriately on the excessive force area. This paper provides a feasible and practical method about the force analysis and structural improvement of the frame and work-roller on the plate bending machine.
