Research On Expert Decision-making System For Comprehensive Evaluation Of Casing Damage Well Repair Feasibility

Casing damage is an inevitable problem in the normal operation of oil wells and water wells which brings huge economic losses to the oilfield.Casing damage is a serious problem in oil field.There is no methods for the identification of damage degree after casing damage,so it is difficult to assess and classify the damage.The cost of workover operation is very high,and there is no appropriate economic model has been selected for the economic evaluation of workover operation.the level of Oilfield Automation Management is low,and the cost recovery and economic benefits after the successful workover have not been scientifically estimated and summarized.To sum up,an expert decision system for comprehensive evaluation of casing damage well repair involving casing damage well data management,data analysis and workover economic evaluation is very necessary.Workover process is proposed by basing on the experience of workover experts and workover cost is calculated by combining workover process and workover cost quota table.The economy evaluation of workover is implemented through input-output model,oil price fluctuation,net present value and input-output ratio.The difficulty of workover is measured by the comprehensive evaluation value of workover.The economic evaluation report of workover generated by the expert decision system preliminarily evaluates the economy of workover,which makes the decision-making process of workover more reasonable.In the report,the basic information of casing damage well,casing damage information reflected in the well bore structure diagram,estimated value of well repair cost and possible risks during well repair are explained.Workover economic decision report makes the whole workover process more scientific and standardized.
