The "Guiding Person" Role Of State In The Current Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

In the Marxist view of nature, which based on the scientific development concept as a guide to ecological civilization perspective, how to conduct positioning the role of our government, accurately, and the construction of ecological civilization play its due role effectively at all levels has become an urgent need for academic research. In this paper, the role of government theory and the existing mode of government functions, especially the definition of "guide-oriented government" based on the model, first it proposed the "guiding person role of state", and attempts to locate the new era of government's role to make the necessary inquiry. In this paper, the "guiding person" of state created and established the reasonableness, as discussed in the focus, Marxist "people-oriented view of nature" as the theoretical support, it focuses on its background and theoretical basis, the basic content, main characteristics perspective in ecological civilization, then demonstrates the main reason that it must be established in the process of building ecological civilization from the perspective of social development. Finally, the author proposed ways to improve the basic path .With its lack of in some ways as a basis, its aim is to "attract valuable comments", make the people take more areas of concern to this topic.
