The hydrogen peroxide bleaching system was first used in textile dyeing and finishing process, and it has been widely spread for its cleaning and environmental protection, To the energy consumption was too high and the low continuity,which have been the emphasis of the research in these years. Therefore, the activator must be introduce to lower the temperature and promote efficiency, in this experiment we choose DM-1435as the hydrogen peroxide activator which belongs to metal chelate compound and the DM-1430which belongs to polyamide compound.At the same time,we import these hydrogen peroxide bleaching system into oxidation desizing process,we main focus the degradation rate of PVA in the process of bleaching.In the first part of this experiment, we explore the temperature, pH, concentration of DM-1435/1430as the influence to the decomposition of hydrogen peroxide, we investigated the catalytic properties of DM-1435/1430.and the same factor to the degradation of PVA. The experiment results show that pH influence much on the degradation of PVA, when the30%H2O2:20g/L, DM-1435/1430:0.25/2g/L,60℃,pH:11,the best degradation rate of PVA is DM-1430:38.74%, DM-1435:43.96%.In the second part of this experiment, we explore the temperature, pH, concentration of DM-1435/1430,concentration of hydrogen peroxide, time these five element as the influence to bleaching process on T/C fabric, and the same factor to degradation rate of PVA, The optimization process of the pretreatment of T/C fabric in which DM-1435was catalyst were listed in the following: DM-1435:0.5g/L,30%H2O2:20g/L, NaOH:3g/L,70℃, the result of whiteness:78.78%, capillary effect:14.8cm, warp breaking strength retention:903.5N, degradation rate of PVA:90.14%. The optimization process of the pretreatment of T/C fabric in which DM-1430was catalyst were listed in the following: DM-1430:1g/L,30%H2O2:20g/L, NaOH:3g/L,70℃, the result of whiteness:77.20%, capillary effect:13.9cm, warp breaking strength retention:915.4N, degradation rate of PVA:85.61%.
