With the continuous development of society,the proportion of plastics in material structure is rising rapidly year by year,and the demand for plastics products in enterprise production and people's daily life is increasing strongly.Injection molding is one of the main method of processing plastic products,injection molding machine is the main equipment,it is a typical representative of plastic processing machinery,injection molding processing to a forming the complex shape of plastic products,so the injection molding machine processing technology to improve the processing means,improve the quality of plastic products,promote the development of injection molding industry play an important role.A complete injection molding process consists of mold closing,premolding,injection molding,packing pressure,cooling,mold opening,ejection and mold adjustment.The pressure maintaining control stage,as an important stage that affects the final product performance,is of great significance to its research.In view of the traditional injection molding equipment mediator pressure control precision is not high,in order to realize the accurate control of the holding pressure,this article has carried on the nonlinear model based on fuzzy strategy of injection molding machine pressure control section of the discussion,according to the characteristics of the fully electric injection molding machine and performance,through study on characteristics of the implementation of object,using the method of path layout of the described pressure control process nonlinear system model,we design a apply to all electric injection molding machine pressure control scheme of the pressure system,meet the requirements of its control precision,at the same time,based on the fuzzy strategy,optimize system model,it is concluded that the new control method.Compared with the traditional PID control method,this method has the advantages of more rapid response to pressure stable dynamic performance and high steady-state accuracy.
