Cotton fiber has good air permeability and water vapor permeability, wearing comfortable, etc. So it has always been loved by the people. In recent years, people's consumption of cotton fabric grade from "applicable" to "gentrification, functional, health-oriented" direction. Therefore, the development of health fabrics has caused great attention to domestic and foreign counterparts.A large number of studies have found that germanium on the human body has a unique health care and therapeutic efficacy, and it has a strong biological activity and can inhibit tumor, anti-virus and anti-inflammatory and other pharmacological effects. Germanium-containing material is not only anti-cancer, but also a better hypoxic cell sensitizers. In addition, organic germanium can enhance the body's immune function. Therefore, the development of the organic-germanium Functional finishing fabric are consistent with the trend of the development of functional fabrics, but also to the garment enterprises to produce high value-added and high-tech functional apparel products' opportunities and improve our international competitiveness of garment enterprises, while functional clothing at home and abroad to meet the growing consumer demand. As the organic-germanium molecules containing carboxylic acid' anions which in the solution was the state of negative ion, and is not affinity to the cotton fiber, and therefore to increase the organic-germanium molecules adsorbed on the cotton fiber strength required to apply cationic modification agent on cotton fiber. Modified fabrics' ion changed from negative charges to positive charges ,and increase organic germanium' affinity to the cotton fiber. In this paper, on three main factors affect the modification of pH, temperature, time of the experimental analysis to determine the cationic modifier GM, FH-TP, 320 modification of their optimal process conditions, and selected the better modifier GM . Its modification process as follows: modified dosage2g / L; pH=10; Temperature60℃; time25min; bath ratiol:30.Organic Germanium increased affinity to the modified cotton fabrics, but fastness is bad. Therefore, it needs fixation finishing. Through experiments it was determined that the acrylic adhesive WBR' and water-based polyurethane adhesives CGPU' collation of the best dosage, curing temperature and curing time. And through orthogonal experiment of optimization and analysis of variance , Explored the functional finishing of organic germanium in the amount of adhesive, curing temperature, curing time of three factors on the cellulose fabric tensile breaking strength, air permeability, moisture absorption etc. which are 3 kinds of properties of tencel fabric. Arrive at a better adhesives and rational Finishing Process: 2 dip 2 rolling (organic germanium 0.1 g/L, JFC2g/L)→drying (80~100℃, 3~5min)→2 dip 2 rolling (water-based polyurethane CGPU 2g/L, Pick-up 100%)→Pre-drying (100℃, 3 min)→Baking (130℃, 2 min). After Organic Germanium finishing the fabric shade has no major changes ; and washing of 30 times or more can be achieved; Gas permeability properties have a certain impact; Moisture had no significant effect.Organic Germanium in pure linen fabric finishing process also can be applied, and its strength, whiteness, hydrophilic, air permeability was less affected.
