III Air negative ions concentration and air quality have obvious relationship, the higher theconcentration of negative ions, the air is more cleaner, whereas the worse.So preparation a textile fabric that can release negative ions function and meet the development trend of green environmental protection has a broad prospect and practical value.Tourmaline is a natural silicate minerals with the annular structure, which can produce anion and release far infrared ray is widely used in electromagnetic shielding, health care, architectural coatings and functional textiles, etc.In this paper utilize the excellent properties of tourmaline, adopt the method of grinding modification to preparation stable of tourmaline water-based slurry, and characterization of the pulp, through finishing methods to make tourmaline printing on pure cotton fabric,Study of pigment printing fabric release negative ions, far infrared emissivity and washing performance,and comparison of cotton fabric before and after the wear-resisting, moisture permeability,tensile and folding Angle of elastic recovery performance changes. The main research contents and conclusions of this paper is as follows:1. In 1250, as the tourmaline anion source, PMA-3000 as a dispersant to prepare a stable aqueous slurry by grinding the tourmaline modification method.2. Using volume average particle size, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM), thixotropic and other testing methods to characterized aqueous slurry of tourmaline and discussed the kind of dispersing agent, the amount and the type of p H adjusting agent influence of slurry stability,The results show that: 0.4% of PMA-3000 as a slurry dispersants and AMP-95 as a p H adjusting agent, excellent performance tourmaline prepared aqueous slurry, more uniform particle size distribution having a volume average particle diameter of 3.536 μm and tourmaline aqueous slurry having a higher shear thinning thixotropic, indicating slurry preparation has good storage stability.3. By optimizing the type of binder, the concentration of the slurry concentration and tourmaline, obtained a complete printing finishing process cotton fabric paint: use of sodiumalginate as a thickener, in an amount of 3% of the entire system, the choice of self-crosslinking acrylic copolymer as a binder, in an amount of 25%, as a functional additive selected tourmaline slurry, in an amount of 6%. Printing paste configuration and finishing steps are as follows:The adhesive was dispersed in deionized water, high-speed stirring 5min, then tourmaline aqueous slurry prepared in this experiment was added and stirring was continued 5-10 min, finally adding thickeners, stirred for 2-3h, made uniform dispersion printing slurry.Using flat net printing mode,adjust the pressure of 1KN, speed of 1m / min, printing and forth twice, so tourmaline fully adhered to the fabric, pre-baking at 100 ℃ for 2min, 160 ℃ baking for 3min to obtained can release of negative ions and far infrared function fabric.4. Cotton fabric for functional resistance to washing test results show that the fabric were washed five times, 10 times, 20 times, still has a certain release negative ions and far infrared release function.5. Before and after the finishing of cotton fabric, moisture permeability, tensile and fabric thermal gravimetric(TGA) and other wear ability test results show that the fracture strength finishing of cotton fabric and wear resistance than the original cotton fabric finishing in front of some enhancement, other performance decreases slightly, etc., and the finishing of cotton fabric has a high thermal stability.These results showed that the modified method of grinding an aqueous slurry prepared tourmaline and finishing on cotton fabrics, cotton fabric has good release negative ions and far-infrared emitting properties, and has little effect on its wearability the functional textiles can be applied in many fields,Such as home decoration, health care, clothing, and other functions.
