| The rapid development of industrial economy often bases on the consumption of resources and the environment costs, in order to slove the shortage of resources and environmental pollution of the process of industrial development in China, and to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the industrial economy, our government proposed " transformate way, adjust structure " sustainable development strategy, and took cleaner production as a priority action strategy of implementing the sustainable development. As the effective tool of cleaner production, cleaner production audit can not only help companies find the problems which are difficult to find or easy to neglect with generally method, but aslo help companies develop corrective measure target-orientedly, to achieve win-win situation of economy and environment.The pharmaceutical industry is mostly low-use, high pollution and high consumption of the extensive economic growth model, this situation is particularly serious in China. In the production process of avermectin, because the main material of production is starch, glucose and other substances, supplemented by methanol, toluene and other chemical substances. Therefore, the pollutants consistency, such as COD and ammonia in fermentation and extraction wastewater are usually very high, the exhaust gases also contain a certain amount volatile ingredients of methanol and toluene. It is very difficult to treat such wastewater, and the toxic ingredients in exhaust gases would harm components of production and the lives of nearby residents. Therefore, this thesis studies how to apply cleaner production of avermectin, basing on full consulting and summarizing the present research situation of cleaner production and cleaner production audit technique, especially consults the cleaner production technology and cleaner production audit cases of abamectin. In view of the production craft and the present technique situation of abamectin in one Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd in Shandong, I have systematicly studied the avermectin cleaner production audit techniques to solve the problems in avermectin production process, such as high energy consumption, raw and auxiliary materials'low utilization rate, serious environmental pollution and so on, accessing to a good economic, environmental and social benefits. The central contents involve:(1) In view of the production technology of abamectin, we set up monitoring points and monitoring of projects. Under normal production conditions, we actually surveyed the material consumption, energy consumption and water consumption of the production process, in order to establish the material balance, energy balance and water balance. The balance results show that the inputs and outputs results of avermectin production process can reflect the problems of material consumption, energy consumption and water consumption, we find the points of pollutants producing and discharging, and the material outflow link in production process, and we also have obtained the outflow quantity, which can provide data supports for the study of abamectin cleaner production audits technical methods;(2) From the measure result and the establishment, we can see that avermectin comprehensive energy consumption per unit of product is 105.291 tce/m3/t, fresh water consumption per unit of product is 436m3/t, emissions of major pollutants per unit of product is 1.028 COD t/t, it is a high energy consumption and high pollution industry. Although the production of abamectin is at a relatively advanced level in China, however, when compared with foreign advanced level there is still a certain gap. In order to further improving resource and energy use efficiency and reducing pollutant emissions, basing on the investigation and Analysis of Avermectin production, through the analysis of the production process and key equipment, we proposed many programmes, such as increasing the frequency conversion facilities, increasing the exhaust gas recovery facilities, improving fermenting—extracting—drying technology. Through these programs, comprehensive electricity consumption per unit of product reduces 3.226%, fresh water consumption per unit of product reduces 2.982%, the material consumption, energy consumption and water consumption of the production process are effectivly reduced, the emissions of major pollutants in wastewater and exhaust gases are also massively reduced, at the same time, the difficulties of dealing with pollutants are reduced.(3) At the end, this thesis analyses that through the implementation of cleaner production audit in avermectin production enterprises, it can brings enterprises environmental, economic and social benefits. At the same time, we got the assessment methods of abamectin cleaner production audit. It provides reference and power in order to promote cleaner production in enterprises, and it has a certain role in instruction or reference for other enterprises to enforce cleaner production audit.
