At present, demist efficiency of Mist Eliminator in power plant is low, which results in serious block at the GGH and unplanned shutdown of the FGD system. In this paper, I Participate in the design and Transformation of the experiment system, Test the parameters of mist eliminator by water equilibrium analysis method, include:droplet size distribution, plate type, plate spacing, gas velocity, etc. The regularity conclusion is obtained and the demist efficiency is improved.The design of fold-shape mist eliminator with different structural parameters based on CFD model and statistical analysis was made to obtain the prediction model of the separation efficiency. The further application of the results of parameter optimization is to design specific demister blade structure and get demister optimization design with independent intellectual property rights. The study results can provide guidance to the design of the mist eliminator.
