Baffle plate demister has been widely used in the gas-liquid separation equipment industry; its main advantages are simple configuration, easy manufacture, efficiency defogging and facilitate clean. The present studies of baffle plate demister are focused on improving defogging efficiency, reducing the import and export drop and preventing clogging and so on. Base on defogging efficiency and pressure drop are the two most important performance of demister, so the research emphasis in these aspects was concerned. Current the research methods of demister are mainly including the experimental and numerical simulation. But result on high investment, long cycle, complicated process of experimental, it gradually replaced by numerical simulation.In this paper, numerical calculation of two kinds of plate demister based on a total of 420 kinds of combinations of parameters through numerical simulation is proposed; Reynolds stress model and particle trajectory model are separately choice by the continuous phase gas and discrete droplet in the process of calculation. According to the analysis results, the flow distribution of two kinds plate demister in the channel are obtained, and reveals the impacts of the internal structure factors and external factors for defogging efficiency and the import and export pressure drop. The analysis results could be useful for the optimization design and reconstruction of demister.
