Screen printing with its strong printability, ink thickness, strong hiding power, printing large area and so on are increasingly widely used. The demand of the market's refinement has forced the industry people to constantly upgrade the product quality of screen printing method and means. In this paper, Four-column large-format screen printing machine as the research object to a particular model machine parameters, its main components for static analysis, dynamic analysis and modal analysis, to obtain the following results1. Carried out the static mechanical analysis of the press frame to calculate the size and direction of the force suffered, and use sophisticated software to calculate the force of its post-stress, provide the basis for structural improvements.2. Studied the technical contact of the Screen flexibility and pressure distribution, analyze the stress inequality caused by screen elastic, to improve the quality of the distribution characteristics of printing goods.3. The kinematics and rigid dynamics analysis of the drive system of the printing, access to the motion law of printed parts in a work cycle,revealing the dynamic characteristics and constraints of institutional reaction force curve;4. Based on the physical model, the qualitative analysis of the institutions of elastic dynamics. through the establishment of a mathematical model of the transmission, using Matlab software program calculated, revealing the laws of its vibration,analysis of the displacement-time curve of the bodie's various parts in motion.5. Using Solidworks software to establish a three-dimensional model of the transmission system,importing to Solidworks Simulation for transient dynamic analysis, has made its law of vibration of the print components in the transmission process, to provide the technical guidance and theoretical basis to the actual printing process.
