Parameter measurement of Oil wells is an important task in the field of oil and gas gathering and transportation. It can provide the basis data not only for the reservoir engineering and reservoir engineering, but also play an important role in grasping the dynamics of oil well. With the exploitation of the various fields into the post, the production of oil wells has been reduced, intermittent production phenomena are serious, and the difficulty of measuring oil wells is gradually increasing. Therefore, the measurement of low producing well has aroused extensive attention. How to research and establish a suitable measuring device for low producing well, improve measurement accuracy and management level of intermittent oil wells has become a serious problem in oil production. In this paper, we analysis and evaluate the measurement methods of oil well, context of the current measurement status of low producing well, research and design a automatic measuring device which adapt to low producing well. The major work to complete will be described below.1. Contrapose the current separator metering measurement for wells of Liaohe oil field, we proposed the multi-parameter measurement program, and make a description for measurement principles. Complete the Equipment Selection under metering program, calculate the composite error of measurement Program to descrip the feasibility of the present study.2. Achieving automatic contro part of this study with industrial computer and PLC. Develop hierarchical control scheme according to the specific process. Accordance with levels of control functions and system goals, complete the hardware and software design of automatic control part; completed the connection and communication between the host computer and the PLC through Industrial Ethernet, achieved development of the host computer interface by using VB6.0 based on industry-standard OPC. It improves the real-time bility and reliability of this device.3. Contrast measurement data and real data, shows the reliability of system operation. Establish the analysis model to liquid production of oil well, calculate a large number of continuous sampling data by analysis program, determine the best measurement time of low producing well. At the same time, do the theoretical verification for this algorithm with the Law of Large Numbers and Central Limit Theorem. Finally, derive the measurement cycle for oil well.
