Grinding is an important process to ensure the machining accuracy,and the quality of the workpiece directly determines the performance of the workpiece.Active measurement technology can be used in the process of real-time monitoring of the workpiece size information and the process of the implementation of feedback control,can improve processing accuracy and reduce production costs.At present,there is a big gap between China and foreign countries in the field of active measurement,and most of the controllers are still at the level of microcomputer.With the development of the electronic technology,the microprocessor and embedded operating system provide the basis for the development of the high performance active measurement controller.Based active measurement controller functional requirements on the development of the multi function platform active measurement controller based on A8 microprocessor and embedded WinCE system,in-depth study of its parameter setting,the key technology of discontinuous surface measurement and online roundness evaluation and other related functions,the main work done:(1)The functional requirements analysis of grinding active measuring controller function,complete with the A8 microprocessor and embedded WinCE system as the platform of multifunctional measuring controller software and hardware scheme analysis and design;and according to the demand for high speed data real-time response of the operating system,the design of data management the strategy and scheme of software system is given.(2)The use of grey system theory,analysis of the influence of different process parameters on the processing quality evaluation index;combined with the historical data processing database,through the weighted grey target decision analysis history optimal combination of process parameters in the database,and then realize the controller parameter self setting.(3)Analysis of intermittent surface measurement of the actual conditions of the sample causes value changes,combined with changes in the values of adjacent sampling method is proposed to trigger the keyway,set the internal mode cycle period.(4)The influence of the grinding wheel feed on the workpiece contour is considered in the grinding process.At the same time,the connection and difference between the two methods of evaluating the roundness and the roundness of the machine are compared and analyzed.(5)In the laboratory existing hardware platform and software support conditions,experimental active measurement system composed of sensor,controller prototype,roughness and roundness instrument and other functions based on A8 microprocessor developed mainly by semi automatic high precision NC grinding machine,the development,the key technologies were made test analysis or experiment results proved the feasibility and rationality of the technical principle.Study on multifunctional grinding active measuring instrument controller is key technology of the dissertation provides theory support for the upgrading of the existing series controller,which is significant to improve the level of intelligent active measuring instrument controller,expand the scope of application.
