Oil stored is one of the four links of oil development activities (drilling, mining, storage, transportation), It's necessary to establish the maritime oil transit base to ensure continuous and orderly conduct of oil operations. With the accelerate development of offshore oil and gas resources, jacket platform with tank is widely used in offshore oil and gas exploitation. Oil platform is a kind of offshore platforms, Its dynamic characteristics is different from common offshore platform due to the existence of liquid in the tank. Because of the interaction between the tank and the liquid inside the tank, the liquid sloshing would change the dynamic properties of the structure of the platform when the platform is affected by external load. Therefore, it's of great significance to analyze the interaction of the platform jacket structure and fluid, and the study of dynamic response of platform under external loads.Here, adopting the finite element method with the actual project to establish the finite element model of the oil jacket platform. Studying its static characteristics under different loads and analyzing the dynamic response of liquid in the tank to the platform under earthquake and ice load. The main tasks are:1. Establishing the finite element model based on ANSYS software, and simulating liquid sloshing inside the tank and the tank bottom connected with deck by using contact element.2. Obtaining the force status of jacket platforms and tanks on the deck through static analysis under gravity load, wind load, snow load, etc.3. Dynamic analyzing for storage platform with three cases for empty tank, half a tank and full tank.1).Obtained nature vibration characteristics of platform structures through modal analysis.2).To analyze the interaction between the tank and the liquid inside the tank, study the impact of the inside liquid damping effects on the platform.3).Obtained the dynamic response analysis of tank platform under the action of ice load to study the damage movement of ice and the impact on the marine platform.4).Obtained time-history analysis about jacket storage platform under seismic load through ANSYS software, using different seismic waves to get dynamic response for storage platform with three cases for empty tank, half a tank and full tank.
